Assumptions

All featuring packages for presenting your home or lot on the world wide web make the following assumptions, unless otherwise agreed.

• Photos:   Unless you select an option or an add-on for photos, you provide all photo(s) in digital form as high quality JPG, PNG, or TIFF file(s) which are readable by a PC computer running the Windows XP or Windows Vista operating system (vs. Mac). You either deliver the photo file(s) via email, as a link to a photo sharing service such as flickr, or on a CD or DVD delivered to Artemis Computing's mailing address.
• Text:   You provide all text (photo captions, descriptions of the property, facts, and/or contact information) either typed or printed legibly. You either deliver the text via email, via fax to Artemis Computing's office, or delivered to Artemis Computing's mailing address.
• Corrections:   Unless otherwise specified, you may make one set of changes or corrections to your original text at no-charge as long as we receive the request within the first seven days after your page is created and you have been advised that it is uploaded. One set of changes is one request for change(s) in the text describing your property such as rewording the description or changing one or more of the facts. Multiple emails requesting changes count as multiple changes even if they are sent on the same day.
• Changes:   Unless otherwise agreed upon, changes to your custom page are done on an hourly basis, at $45/per hour, with a $20 minimum.
• Time Period:   The standard time period for featurings is twelve (12) months. Unless you decide to discontinue your featuring, the page(s) which feature your Port Ludlow home for sale will remain active on this site on the world wide web until your property is sold, or for a period of twelve (12) months; whichever comes first.
• Renewals:   All of the standard featuring packages may be renewed for additional twelve month periods for $20 per renewal period providing that you give notice of desire to renew and make payment without requiring an invoice before the end of the current featuring period. A receipt will be provided after your payment is received. This renewal fee does not include any special custom domain names that you may add on to your package as an option. Those must be renewed separately. Custom domain names have a different time period and a separate renewal cost.

Note: The prices and terms of presenting your property on this website are subject to change without notice. Any agreements previously negotiated, including renewal cost, will remain in force indefinately at the price agreed upon prior to any subsequent price changes, until the property is sold as long as you renew the featuring on time.
