- Acronym for the Ludlow Maintenance Commission, the large homeowners association that most of the homes in the North Bay area of Port Ludlow belong to - see government or Beach Club

- Master Planned Resort
- A designation for the category of planning rules which govern the development of Port Ludlow real estate since the 1990s- see government

- Olympic Resources Management
- Name of primary developer, and operator of the resort (conference center, inn, marina, golf course, restaurants, and rv park) in Port Ludlow at one time; succeeded Pope Resources in the late 1990s
- ORM
- Acronym for Olympic Resources Management. ORM was the primary developer and operator of the resort (conference center, inn, marina, golf course, restaurants, and rv park) in Port Ludlow during the late 1990s; succeeded Pope Resources
- PLA
- Acronym for Port Ludlow Associates. PLA succeeded Olympic Resources Management as the primary developer and operator of the resort (inn, marina, golf course, restaurants, and rv park) in Port Ludlow during the 2000s
- PLVC
- Acronym for Port Ludlow Village Council. Formed in the late 1990s to replace the council that all the presidents of all the homeowners associations in Port Ludlow belonged to. I can't remember the name of that council at this writing. See government
- Port Ludlow Associates
- Port Ludlow Associates succeeded Olympic Resources Management as the primary developer and operator of the resort (inn, marina, golf course, restaurants, and rv park) in Port Ludlow during the 2000s
- Port Ludlow Village Council

- Acronym for South Bay Community Association - A larger association that all the small homeowners associations in the South Bay area of Port Ludlow belong to - see government or Bay Club
